 Leadership Essentials

Grade Level Leadership Essentials are part of the two required training courses for Girl Scout Leaders (01) position, co-leaders or assistant leaders (02) position. In these trainings, leaders learn how to create a positive troop environment, construct activities that incorporate the elements of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and learn about where girls are at socially, emotionally and physically in order to deliver the program appropriately to the grade-level of the girls.
