As a service unit manager, you will provide leadership and management of an assigned geographic area (called service unit), guide the service team in recruitment and retention of girl and adult membership, and ensure the delivery of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
The most fundamental job qualification of a service unit manager is to understand the
Girl Scout Leadership Experience and how it is used within a variety of pathways.
As the service unit manager you will work with all members of the service team to ensure girls and volunteers are supported.
